Limited Edition Collaboration with Yewande Taiwo
Celebrate Black history, legacy, and living excellence with the tREv Black History: Volume 6 Collection. This year’s edition continues our annual tradition of honouring Black leaders, builders, and cultural figures from our local communities, the African diaspora, and global history.
For Vol. 6, we’ve partnered with local artist Yewande Taiwo, whose approach blends storytelling, symbolism, and culture to create a piece that feels both historic and forward-looking.
About the Collection
Each year, tREv collaborates with a different Black artist to create a wearable art piece that documents Black history as it lives today. Volume 6 places a strong emphasis on African roots, Black Nova Scotian leadership, and diaspora connections, tying together past, present, and future through portraiture and symbolic imagery.
This is a piece designed not just for Black History Month, but for year-round wear.
